Best experience buying a car! They were helpful and did everything they could to get me in a vehicle. I'll definitely buy all my cars from there in the future. It was just me and they didn't talk to me like I was an idiot, they didn't call me "sweet heart" or "darling" (had that happen at a previous dealership) but they were all around fantastic.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I have never had a good experience with this dealer when visiting their lot. The sales associates do not listen and only want to try to sell you the most expensive model they can. The service department is never available to take a phone call (I've attempted five times in four months). You are put into a voice mail system, where calls are never returned. As I originally called them regarding the airbag recall, which could end my life if it would deploy in a defective state, you would think it would be a priority. Not for Moses. It was for Honda, North America. They were shocked the dealer would not call me back, and arranged to have my vehicle towed to any dealer I requested at their cost. Thankfully Bill Cole in Ashland, about 20 miles away has been fantastic to deal with. Be aware of Moses. They are not interested in the customer, and will not call back when you leave a voice mail. I don't know how anyone ever gets their vehicle serviced there. The drive to any other Honda Dealer is in YOUR best interest.
