HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — Patients at a children's hospital in West Virgina have found comfort in a recent service project, thanks to the help of an area Scouting troop. Tristan Byus donated more than 100 handmade 'comfort bears' to pediatric patients at Hoops Family Children's Hospital in Huntington, according to a news release from the medical center. The news release said Byus has been involved in the Scouting program since first grade and remains an active member of Troop 17 in Scott Depot, West Virginia.
